Early morning(6:00 to 6:30 am)

Evening snack(6:30 to 7:00 pm)

1 glass banana shake or any kind of soup.

you can make veggies soup or any kind of lentils or pulse soup.

Dinner(8:30 to 9:00 pm)

1 bowl cooked vegetable / chicken stew + 2 chapatti + 1 cup raita + salad.

salad or curd always add in your lunch and dinner time.its make your meal complete.

Bed time

1 glass warm milk with a pinch of turmeric.it helps to repair internal parts of body.
